Coaching and mentoring training

D5.2_ 1 week of training/ planning at Netherlands and Belgium sites before beginning of program for GP trainers from Partner country HEIs

D5.2_ 1 week of training in London during first year of program implementation

D5.3_ Two 1-week trainings within Jordan (one of these will be at the beginning coinciding with the needs analysis and one will be at the end of the first year of the program during the quality survey)

D5.4_ Local staff completed faculty development training given by EU partner institutions

D5.5_ Certificates of completion of faculty development program received by all GP trainers

Evidence-based Medicine Training

Local staff will complete faculty development trainings given by the EU Programme institutions. The Programme country institutions will develop these training programs, which will use the basic idea of Training of Trainers (TOT). We will verify this action by giving certificates of completion from the faculty development program to all those who complete the entire training.
